Stacy is a transactional attorney representing clients in a variety of real estate and business matters. She has spent a large part of career in corporate General Counsel roles. The daily involvement with, and exposure to, all aspects of business operations has equipped her with useful and practical insight for advising her business clients. Stacy received her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2003 and her B.S. in Justice Studies from Arizona State University in 1999. She is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin as well as the United States District court, District of Minnesota. |
